Project update

2009 was a ground breaking year for the Orakei Point development. Architects from Patterson’s, Jasmax and Leuschke Group became heavily involved in the project and after comprehensive public consultation with Orakei residents a revised master plan for the site was developed.

In November 2009 the Auckland City Development Committee notified the proposed public plan change for Orakei Point (Plan change available for download here). A six week submission period began in mid January and closed on the 1 of March 2010. Auckland City Council are currently reviewing the submissions received.
